Support from Sundance
There are a number of options available to you for support from Sundance, depending on your requirements.
To help you get started with your new product, there is normally a User Guide or a Technical Specification available to download from our Documentation Section.
If this isn’t in the Documentation section of this site please e-mail your local representative and they will endeavour to help you.
Beyond that we have a “Getting Started” guide, available from the menu to the left.
We also have produced a small collection of Videos (hosted on YouTube) that cover the set up and configuration of a selection of our products.
For questions we get asked a lot, we have our FAQs in a wiki, at wiki.sundance.com.
If none of these avenues have proved to be of any help, then finally there is the Sundance Support Forum. Here, once you are registered, you will be able to converse with members of our support team, who will try their best to solve your issue.
